The Interaction Between Aura of Cowardice and Immunity to Mind Affecting

Rules Questions

As the title suggests, does a creature immune to mind affecting, become vulnerable to fear based spells, which seem to all be mind affecting, when under the effects of an Anti-Paladin's Aura of Cowardice?

Probably not. I wouldn't expect magic-immune golems to become vulnerable to fear magic, for instance. Somebody may have a better answer, though.

That said, I think intimidate might be a fear effect that isn't mind affecting?

Somebody will probably have a better answer than me.

Immunity to fear and immunity to mind affecting are different things. Affecting one does not affect the other.

FAQ - Intimidate, in particular, is a mind-affecting fear effect, so fearless and mindless creatures are immune to all uses of Intimidate.
