I placed some items in my sidecart recently, expecting them to ship with my January subscriptions (and incidentally, trigger the "ship more that $100" shipping discount). Unfortunately, it appears my subscriptions shipped without them.

Can you check and see why they didn't ship? And do I have any options for getting them now (i.e. in January) without paying the extra shipping that this split-shipment would otherwise incur?

Hello Cintra,

It looks like your items were put into the sidecart after your January order was already generated, so therefore our system assumed they were meant to go with the February subscription. I answered a similar question here, and you may find that information helpful. Essentially, if you want to combine items with a pending subscription order, you have to do it when you are going through the checkout process, rather than sending the items to your sidecart.

I apologize for any confusion that this may have caused, and as I said in the thread linked above, we are working with the tech team to make this process a bit more intuitive.
