It's a different URL that links to the exact same image on the website. That /revision bit is meaningless because that particular revision is the one that it defaults to.

That may be what you see. For the "/revision" entry, I see a smaller image that is a thumbnail [200x156 pixels] vs. the simpler one [1200x938 pixels].

That's weird. I've tried refreshing both links a few times and both seem to occasionally change between large and small.
