Hello. So, I'm a relatively new DM who's still learning. I've got a two person party that I'm running a game for, the second of which, the exploiters wizard, has actually only recently joined the game (was solo for the rogue player). Anyways, they both are pretty heavy RPers and their character's first meeting was rather complicated. Not immediately meshing. I know they'll work it out, I've played with both of them before in other games, I'm just looking for fun ways to push them into using teamwork. I've yet to throw the next session together, so most any ideas will be valid I think.
They're both lv.6, and the wizard is an exploiters wizard with the dimension hop and potent ability. So, any ideas for events that would benefit or even require teamwork?

I believe OP said it was a rogue in the parentheses.
There's all the old "you wake up in a jail cell together" standby. :-) Any situation that will force them to rely on each others' skills to solve the problem could provide neat RP opportunities. Or you could always find some way to bring up the original points of contention between the characters and give them the opportunity to resolve them. (This could be a variety of things depending on why they didn't immediately get along.)
Some more campaign details? I assume you're doing homebrew since you said you haven't thrown the next session together. Are you doing a plot-based campaign, or something more episodic?

The other is indeed a rogue.
It is a homebred game, more episodic I suppose, as we do this once a month and I make up the next session based off of the general plot and their past actions.
They've been recruited by a powerful wizard to help him cleanse a corrupted land, caused by an evil sorcerer king being possessed by a demon he summoned but failed to control. The wizard gives them various jobs, sends them to that plane (he has created a nation inside a self made demiplane that contains those he was able to save from the demon kings wrath) and they go and do them, both for reward and to some day have a new land to go to.
The corrupted land 8s in a sort of blight, but people that were left after the catastrophe (demon kings bringing in more demons, and other evil things which he's still doing) have adapted best they can and survive.
