I'm new to GMing Pathfinder, and though I've played several times, I'm not familiar with all the rules just yet. I've looked this up several times, and I can't seem to find how exactly it works.
How do you craft/brew potions (such as Cure Light Wounds)? Can anyone with a Craft skill do it? How exactly can it be done? What are the DCs? How much time does it take? What restrictions are there? If a player is an Alchemist class, does that change anything? Can they do it better/faster?
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I can only seem to find snippets of the answers, and none of it is that clear to me.
Thanks!

I do not have the Core in front of me but for potions that anyone can use or to sell, first you need the brew potion feat. There is an alchemy ability where you can create a potion and hand it to a party member to drink. But to sell or make potions for just anyone, you need brew potion as a feat. With the feat, I think it is a choice between spellcraft or craft alchemy for the check. You will need so much GP in crafting materials per potion though.
I want to say this is chapter 15 of the Core that deals with item creation. The chapter will give info on everything. The unchained book also has a variant way that has different DC checks but a shorter time frame for creation.

Anyone can craft mundane items like a table or chair or even regular armor and weapons, up to masterwork quality. To magically enhance an object, one has to ba able to cast spells and the specific spell for certain things (you have to be able to cast cure light wounds to create a wand or potion of it). The chapter dealing with item creation will list the caster level you have to be to perform an action (for every +1 added to a weapon or armor, your caster level has to be 3 times the end result - have to have caster level 9 at least to get the enhancement up to a +3).
Hopefully I have helped some

See the magic item creation rules, and the potion-specific rules. Hilights:
1) You need the Brew Potion feat to make potions. Alchemists get the feat for free.
2) You spend 25gp * the spell level * the caster level, plus 2 hours of time if the potion is worth 250gp or less (costs you 125gp or less) or 8 hours if it's more expensive. You also need to expend the correct spell or extract (or get a friendly caster to expend the spell for you if you don't have it). You then make a Spellcraft or Alchemy check DC = 5 + caster level of the spell. You can make a potion of any caster level between the minimum caster level for the spell and your own caster level.
Example: A 3rd level alchemist wants to make a Potion of Cure Light Wounds (caster level 1). He spends 25gp, 2 hours of time, and expends Cure Light Wounds extract (or asks the party cleric to cast CLW for him). He then makes a DC 6 Craft (Alchemy) check to finish the potion.
The same alchemist could make a potion of Bull's Strength by spending 150gp and 8 hours of time, and making a DC 8 check. He could not make a caster level 1 Bull's Strength Potion because a first level caster can't cast Bull's Strength.
3) You can only make potions of spells up to 3rd level that have targets, and cannot make a potion of a personal-range spell such as Shield.
4) The only advantages Alchemists get in making potions are a bonus to Craft (Alchemy) and getting Brew Potion for free.
There is an alchemy ability where you can create a potion and hand it to a party member to drink.
You're thinking of the infusion discovery, which allows you to share your extracts. Extracts are not potions.
