Good morning!

I noticed today that the expiration date on my card had lapsed and was t updated on my account. I think this disrupted my subscriptions, I don't see my December AP release in my history or pending orders. I've updated the payment info, could you look into the omitted subscription content?

Looks like the Cheliax: Infernal Empire item from my Campaign Setting sub is also missing from the history. Probably for the same reasons.

Thanks for updating your card info! As for your December subscription order, it looks like system just hasn't gotten to your account yet (it's still working on those).

It should be fine by the end of the day and should get an order confirmation email by then.

Same here. AP #100 seems to have been skipped, with my subscription.

I will check again at the end-of-day, if the system is simply updating.
