Hi, I want to make an Agathon-Blooded Vulpinal Silver Balladeer Bard. Since the Agathon Vulpinal in bestiary 2 is a more musical built. Should I use the traits for the Musetouched Aasimar instead of the Agathion-Blooded Idyllkin? And I plan to have a Kitsune like body with golden fur and wings. Will I be able to take Realistic Likeness? And do you have any other advice?

1) The azata-blooded aasimar is more effective, but it is definitely not related to agathions. You'd be sacrificing the flavor of your concept for mechanical advantage. If you (and your GM) are fine with that, though, don't let me stop you.
2) Realistic Likeness is a kitsune-only feat, so no. It also relies on the racial change shape ability, which an aasimar does not have.
That said, I recommend working with your GM - for a concept this flavorful, they may be willing to change rules and make things work.

I am planning the Agathon, Vulpinal Aasimar character that is born from kitsune parents. If you read the bestiary 2 on page 22 that they have a bardic heritage as well. I remember there is a feat or trait based on racial heritage that I can take somewhere? where is it? Will that feat let me take realistic likness

If yyou are a Scion of Humanity you can take Racial Heritage (Kitsune) to access their racial features but as you lack the change shape ability you do not have the ability to use Realistic Likeness, HOWEVER since you are a scion of humanity you can pass for human without requiring any checks (though you wont be able to look like a specific human), so you could fluff that as the racial shapechanging being affected by your angelic blood :)
