Preference would be IG, then CC, then MM
Fine:
All Paizo 0HD Races.
99% of Paizo Classes and Archetypes.
Most of Paizo Traits and Feats.
Most Paizo Spells.
It Depends:
15 PB, 20 PB, 25 PB, 30+ PB...
Indifferent:
Unchained's Background skills (maybe with some modifications).
No thanks:
3rd party races (maybe).
Race Builder (race points to be determinated).
Template(s).
Evil Alignment.
3rd Party Classes and Archetypes (maybe).
Gestalt.
3rd Party Traits and Feats (again, maybe).
(maybe) 3rd Party Spells (Big Maybe).
3rd party stuff I'm generally fine with outside an AP (it's a good idea as DoubleGold said to limit it to one publisher though) but in an AP it can go all over the place.

I'm good with what everyone has said so far but I have a preference for Mummy's Mask. A 30 point buy sounds great too! However I would prefer good characters as it is easier to manage as a party.
Gestalt is okay even though I don't have much experienced with it.
I also like plane touched races so if you do a mummy's mask game I hope you'll let us play aasimars and ifrits.

If you are still taking votes, here's my opinion for which.
I am interested in a Mummy's Mask since I made this character for it. All Paizo Pathfinder products. And I think Sir Longears who posted in this thread earlier hits on what my thoughts are.
But anyway, I feel like I have to say that you should run what interests you. Players here are waiting for games to go off and will apply when there is something that matches their interest and will wait til one arrives. So don't worry about which one others want. You would be the GM after all, you are also someone having fun in the story as well. So make sure to have fun with it.

I apologize for the few days without words (personal issues).
As someone said earlier in the topic, This is a bit more that I can chew, so I apologize. I will take notes of the votes, comments and suggestions for future interest/recruitment threads.
I suggest you to begin your career as a PbP GM on these boards with a Pathfinder Module, maybe even one of the introductory ones such as Master of the Fallen Fortress, The Godsmouth Heresy or Risen from the Sands. After you've tried your hands at it, you'll know if you're ready to run an AP (which is a multiannual commitment, especially in PbP).

I really agree with this. Also games tend to have people drop out from time to time - do 5 or 6 players.
