If you know me, then you know I'm big on scifi products for Pathfinder. What I'm not savvy with is adventures.
Can anyone recommend some pre written adventures that I can steal for a space based campaign?
I'm familiar with Legendary Games works for Legendary Planet and Metal Gods as well as LPJ's upcoming Crisis of the World Eater.

If you're willing to adapt the system (and just tap the books for story) then Rogue Trader has a good number of adventures. They tend to be a lot different than the 40K universe in general, happening way out on the fringes doing exploration and finding old artifacts and ruins and such. And Fantasy Flight is having a big sale for Thanksgiving with a bunch of those hard covers for for $5.

If you're not averse to conversion, there are plenty of juicy sci-fi/fantasy elements that you can grab from Temple of the Frog.

I'm sorry no.
As for adventures that are specifically SciFi I'm not sure there exist many for the PF rule set. Did you see Hypercorps?
ENworld has the Santiago AP the the players guide and first part are free ...
Stealable adventures from other systems or adaptable-to-scifi adventures though is a broad definition. I'm sure there 3.5 or PF adventures out there that may covert easier than others.
