Hello,

A charge of $79.03 showed up on my credit card on November 6, 2015. I have no idea what this is for, but guess it is part of my November subscription order. My November subscriptions should have all been charged to my store credit, but it does not appear so. I would like for this to be corrected.

I am actually surprised this was approved as my card is now sitting in a negative balance available.

My November order is Order 3749217.

Order 3760117, which is still pending, is to be charged to my card. I have no intention of applying more money to it so this will likely be declined when you try to charge it.

I seem to be having constant issues with my orders being applied (or not) to my store credit. Maybe someone needs to be looking into why this is happening.

Hello Rob,

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it looks like it was set to have used store credit, but decided to be stubborn for some reason. I've given it a stern talking to, and everything should be worked out now.

The credit card ended up being charged $59.33 (USD), but I've refunded that amount back to the card, and then manually charged it to store credit. The full amount of order #3749217 should have been paid in store credit now, and the refund should appear on your billing statement soon.

It looks like for now, order #3760117 is set to be paid entirely in store credit. It has not been charged yet, but if you notice any problems with that order charging, just let me know and I'll be glad to give it a look. If there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, I'll be glad to help out as best I can.
