So i am trying to come up witha creepy adventure for my group and came up with a Nightmare carnival freak show idea. My idea is basically a lot of regular people being enchanted to look like horrible nightmare creatures for other people's enjoyment. Now i need a boss type person/creature that is CR 9-10 that a party of 4 ECL6 can handle. Also any suggestions for minions would be great.

Carnival of Tears. Hitchcock and Logue. It is a 3.5 module, and for level 5 so you would have to upgrade it somewhat, but it is a rather icky (in a good way) Game Mastery module.
