5th level Kobold or Goblin Sniper

If I wanted a 5th level small, annoying race sniper meant to annoy higher-level PCs, and consistently disappear, what class would it be built in? Bolt Ace? Sniper Slayer? Sniper Rogue?

Also, does the 5th level Stealth skill unlock combo with Stealthy Sniper?

Go wayang. Best stealth race besides maybe a gripple in the forest.

Grippli makes a really good race go slayer sneak and study target work well use a bow. I will also inform you its very hard to make a sniper your DPR will lack heavily. I find myself in the 30 ft. For the sneak attack then move back sniper slayer isn't worth it to me if you wanted you could take ranks in ride and mounted combat

What you need is to smash stealth into the ground, make him one lvl higher, then pick up hellcat stealth. Really the only way to build a sniper IMO.

The character wouldn't need insane DPR, it just needs good survivability and sustainability so it can bother the PCs and deplete resources.

Hellcat Stealth looks awesome, though. The class would need a Fighter feat in there to pick it up.
