You need to reread flurry of blows and Ki.
-Flurry at level 1 gives you two attacks at full +1 attack bonus.
-At level 11 you have 3 attacks at +11 one at +6 and one at +1.
When you flurry you can also use your swift action to spend a Ki point to get an additional attack during flurry so at level 3 it would be 3 attacks at +3 and at level 11 it would be 4 attacks at +11 one at +6 and one at +1. All of these can be combined with flying kick strike to allow you to flurry nearly every round after level 5.
*in his best Jackie Chan adventures grandpa voice* One more thing!
- Flurry now lets you get 1.5 strength damage on two handers but still full strength on all one handers or unarmed strikes,

FYI, Fast Learner is straight up worse than toughness.
With Toughness+FCB you can get per level 1HP+1SP, 2HP or 1HP+Alternate FCB.
With Fast Learner+FCB you can get 1HP+1SP or Alternate FCB. Oh, and it's not retroactive, unlike Toughness. And it does less at levels 1 and 2(when toughness gives a flat +3HP).
Note that in the worst case is that they are equal. In every other case Toughness comes out on top.
Also, no Power Attack or Piranha Strike in the feat section? I also don't see any mention of using two handed weapons (since nu-flurry allows for 1.5xStr it is a pretty good option)?

Flurry of Blows gives-
1 extra attack at level 1, and 2 extra attacks at level 11, this stacks with haste. Plus the option of adding an extra for 1 ki point.
so, at level 11, your Full attack would look like- (not counting anything but BaB)
+11/+11/+11/+6/+1 without ki expenditure no?
Edit: Apologies, the old monk does come out ahead by 1 attack when using flurry at later levels. However, Like I had written before I edited it, the new one was a straight improvement.
I did overlook the extra attack though. Thank you for the catch, still not sure how it invalidates things though.
As for the two handed weapon, I will be adding another build in for that. I wanted to make completely sure that was valid again before putting it in a guide.
As for toughness vs fast learner, I still prefer fast learner due to the bonus skill points. On a pure hp/level thing, toughness is better true I'll make sure to state that.
Edit2: I updated it and fixed my oversight (thank you), also fixed a couple of typos and will have the two handed monk up added within a day or two. Alas now I am off to work! I hope to see a lot more input for Build Ideas and or catches on my mistakes/slip ups.

You get 1HP and 1SP with fast learner and FCB. You can get 1HP and 1 SP with Toughness and FCB. Or you can get other things instead. Toughness does basically the same thing if you want it to(but slightly better, because retroactive and minimum 3HP) but it leaves you with the option of taking something else (alternate FCB+1HP or 2HP) instead whenever you feel like. In other words, toughness is strictly better than fast learner. Unless you are intentionally making a weaker character, you should never take Fast Learner instead of Toughness.
