Grillixbee: "Recharge this card to explore your location. Add 1d8 to your checks to acquire during this exploration; if you succeed at such a check, put tis card on top of a random character's deck. While displayed, after the end of any character's turn, if the top card of the blessings discard pile does not not have the Corrupted trait, that character discards a card."
Jerribeth: "Recharge this card to explore your location. Add 1d8 to your checks to defeat during this exploration; if you succeed at such a check, put tis card on top of a random character's deck. While displayed, after the end of any character's turn, if the top card of the blessings discard pile has the Corrupted trait, that character buries a card from his discard pile."
First of all, I see no "Display this card to" that would put the card into play. Why would anyone ever display the card, unless its required to in order to use the Recharge power? Or, does it count as displayed when it comes to your hand?

This scenario is from Wrath of the Righteous. In the WotR rulebook, resetting your hand is part of the "End Your Turn" step. So, yes -- discarding or burying a card to Grillixbee or Jerribeth happens after you reset your hand.
(Grillixbee wouldn't be quite as annoying, obviously, if the discard happened before your reset. This is by design.)
