Not sure if here is the right place to mention this, but it was the first place I thought to look if anyone else had the same problem but:
"In Hell's Bright Shadow" showed up in my downloads not as part of the adventure path, next to the players guide, but as part of "Cheliax". Not where I expected it and thought something went wrong with my order, but it is in there.

So i've been trying to subscribe for book 1 of Hell's Rebels but it keeps outlining the Subscription step in red and won't let me check out :-(
It's my birthday and i've been looking forward to this for weeks, so if someone could look into that and fix it that would just make my day, well getting the PDF for Hell's Bright Shadow would definitely make my day but the getting subscribed would be right up there.

And not to bribe with treats, but i make the best pies, any kind of pie:-)

Known issue and one that we hope to be fixing. One thing that can make it easier to find stuff is to use control/apple/command + f and use the find tool to search the My Downloads page.

I Did, thanks! Diego was super awesome over the phone, absolutelyy top notch customer service, as soon as I figure out how to send pies 2,000 miles successfully you guys are getting so many pies, otherwise I'll just send cookies:-)

You know that you can sort your downloads by 'date added' and 'last changed'? That's the sortings I usually use to find new downloads.

Good news everyone! Warehouse has informed me that August new release orders are completely out the door! If your August new releases have not shipped and you do not know why, please let customer service know by email, phone or starting a new thread in the customer service boards so we can investigate.
