Order 3567819 Status

Hello,

I am just checking on the status of Order 3567819. This appears to have combined my subscription items for June and July. The order has been pending since the 10th, and I have not had any updates since then.

Any info on the timeline would be appreciated.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that it's being held up because we are waiting to receive more of the Year of the Sky Key T-shirt from the manufacturer. Those typically have an estimate of 15 - 45 business days from when they're ordered, so it may yet be a while before the shirt is in stock.

If you'd like, I can move the shirt either into your sidecart, or into a separate order. That way when it comes in, it will either send out with your next subscription or on it's own, respectively. Otherwise, I can cancel it. Just let me know which option you would prefer, and I'll be sure to get it taken care of so that the rest of your order can be sent out ASAP. Sorry for the delay, but we should be able to resolve this for you.
