Advice

A Kasatha titan fighter dual-wielding large sized greatswords, or a kasatha warpriest of sarenrae quad-wielding scimitars with weapon finesse and dervish dance?

I'm going to be making a level 4 character and we have all the bases already covered so I can make something for funzies. I like the idea of both the above mentioned, but from what I can see the second one won't be viable until level 9 ish.

Biggest issue with the first one is you would have a lot of penalties (-6).

But well...Kasatha warpriest could potentially be fun, heh it takes longer but usually shouldn't be too bad. Reaching level 9, if you play regularly should only take a 1 month or 2 months at most.

Impressive looking? The first one.

Impressive due to being effective: The second one.

Okay. Thank you for the responses! :D I like the second one cause I'd also get the blessings and spellcasting, which is nice.

Won't the quad dervish struggle with the hand limitation on dervish dance?

I thought it was worded so that you couldn't two-hand a scimitar and still get the benefits from it.

Quote:

Dervish Dance (Combat)

You have learned to turn your speed into power, even with a heavier blade.

Prerequisites: Dexterity 13, Weapon Finesse, Perform (dance) 2 ranks, proficient with scimitar.

Benefit: When wielding a scimitar with one hand, you can use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier on melee attack and damage rolls. You treat the scimitar as a one-handed piercing weapon for all feats and class abilities that require such a weapon (such as a duelist’s precise strike ability). The scimitar must be for a creature of your size. You cannot use this feat if you are carrying a weapon or shield in your off hand.

Crud, then I either need a str build or drop 10k on 4 effortless laces.

Sovereign Court

Well when it comes to Kasatha...you can go multiple routes really:

-Quad-gun wielding...usually the problem with guns is that you need to reload them and was time. Shoot two guns, switch to shooting the other two guns while you are reloading the other guns.

-They can duel wield bows...which is extremely badass.

-Kasatha monks of course are perfect.

Well, also consider Slashing Grace. It's a bit more feat-intensive, but it works with scimitars. Also remember to get effotless lace for each of your weapons on either build. It'll be a bit expensive, but it'll make your life a whole lot easier- It's effectively +2 to hit.
