There were a number of reports earlier (my own included) about people who changed their email addresses needing to sign up with an older email address. At least in my own case, when I did, my library went missing, even though I ordered things since 2020.
For people in this situation, what should we do to ensure a smooth transition as you migrate the legacy libraries? Should we:
- Not touch anything so that your dev team has an easier time addressing bugs?
- Change the store email address to match the latest email address on my legacy account?
- Contact customer support to get this situation handled directly?
I worry that if I update my email address I will mess up the library migration somehow.

I found a bug. But it crawled off before I could shoo it away.
I’m still too scared to attempt to even open the Store, and I’m having difficulty wrapping my head around how the Store isn’t the forums but the site is all…one.
Hearing that you have “BigCommerce”, “Ordergroove” and…”Yotpo” handling at least three different aspects of this new…”Paizo” Store also feels disconcerting. Mosty in the sense that if any or all of these entities crash and burn, how is your functionality affected?
I truly hope you quash all the digital bugs and that enough customers stick around to keep you afloat. Reading through all these bugs feels overwhelming just as a customer. I can only imagine how hard you folx must be working to get this all functioning correctly. Sending best wishes and no actual bug report.

P.S. Oh. The Paizo logo is still invisible. On an iphone, this page, Friday night Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time. Facing…Northish. In the bath. Mobile definitely not plugged in. That would be dangerous and possibly wouldn’t affect whether or not logo is visible or not. Initially.

Ok, this seems to be a bug. I can’t locate the white Search bar that formerly resided in the drop down menu on the top right side of any page. The same one that has three horizontal lines above each other, and then My Account/Pathfinder/Starfinder/Store/Org Play and Community. I’m sure it used to have a Search bar. Right?
The other weird thing is that “button” now appears to have functionality extending across half the top of the page, even though it is only visible in the top right corner. The still invisible Paizo logo extends across the other half, at least as far as my haptic/touch exploration has discovered. On iPhone, using…Safari.

I'm trying to submit more reviews, consistent with the encouragement to do so from Paizo Plus. Yesterday, I submitted 2 reviews (SFS2 1-07, followed by PFS2 Quest 25) Today I see the SFS review has posted but not the Quest review. Yesterday, I went through the process on both of confirming my e-mail. Is this a system issue with the Quest not posting because it was on the heels of the other one? Or is it because all reviews need to be approved by a person? Thanks!

Apologies if I missed this in the thread, but the hyperlinks to other resources in a store page are not functioning.
Example: https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder-adventure-path-138-rise-of-new-thassilon -return-of-the-runelords-6-of-6/
On this page, the links to HeroLab, DriveThruRPG etc seem to have the correct URLs but do not do anything when clicked.
Also, the links within the description (e.g. "Pathfinder Society Organized Play") do function, but
1. they are very hard to notice since their default color is the same as the regular text and
2. they now link to an error page.

I see two bugs for my subscriptions:
* “Starfinder Adventures Subscription” is there twice.
* There is a “Lost Omens World Guides Subscription” that is no longer available to subscribe right now; the line is now called “Pathfinder Lost Omens Subscription”. Is that a problem? Will that just be merged as you fix bugs?
These questions haven't been replied to yet, as far as I can see?

I don't know if this a bug, but I'm not seeing my subscriptions listed on forum posts.
Forum flairs (like your subscriptions being next to your avatar) isn't something that is connected to the new store. Forum flairs are on the list for new forums, though. That will be a 2026 project.

I'd like to echo this post sincec I'm also having this same issue. I have two accounts right now (one for my old email that I could use "forgot password", one for my new email that I needed to make a new account for). Neither have my full library migrated to the new website.
Customer support said that they're working on it when I asked a few days ago, so I wanted to bring this issue up again to see if there was any updates on this?

On the Order Confirmation page after completing checkout of a PDF, the page says "You can download your digital purchases by clicking the links on this page, or by logging into your account at any time. There is also a download link in your confirmation email, which should be arriving shortly."
However, neither the Order Confirmation page nor the confirmation email contain download links. The only way I can find to get to the downloads is by going to the Library page on the website. Either links should be added to those two other pages or this informational text should be changed to not be misleading about where people can access their downloads.

Not all purcahses, new purchases, are adding to my gold count. I purchased a case under mini mayhem for about 250 total after discounts and shipping and it is not counting under gold
The charges, 1 penny each, to start up the subscriptions did count.
The current order history for that case does not show the discounted price, it shows full price for the case, but the charge on my card was correct so that is good. Just adding it for visibility.
Order History:
My order history also did not carry over, no gold/discounts from that are applied.
Discount Tiers:
My Legacy Pathfinder Adventure Path discount did not come over. I emailed support from what Jim told us to do and they told me only Charter Subscriber discounts are coming over.

In that case, I would like to have my Charter Subscriber discount switched to my shop account, as there were no subs in my account when i logged in and had to add my subscriptions manually.

Oliver, just a heads up.
Think most of us had to add our subscriptions back, but to get your charter subscriber discount you will need to email support and submit a ticket. Tell them all the pertinent info. Did your order history come over? Gold? Add those things to make note.

The known issues tracker says Paizo Connect is working now, but it isn't. Still non-functional for me on Demiplane.
Still don't have my Operation Orias PDF.
There's no way to tell the difference between the single file PDFs and the file per chapter ones when browsing through the new library. Something needs adding to the name to distinguish them.
A whole bunch of stuff is hard to find on the new store. If I go to the Curse of the Crimson Throne category, or search for Crimson Throne, it only shows 4-5-6 and the print version of the collected edition. To find the PDF version of the collected edition, or 1-2-3 of the individual, I either had to go to the store pages for 4-5-6 and scroll through the related items or page through the 26 pages of results for all 1E adventure paths.
This really does not feel like it was ready for deployment.

I wanted you to know that we are reading through your reports and prioritizing the bug fixes. There are additional bugs we have found that are behind the scenes and some of those are taking priority over a few of the more public ones. We are working on them as quickly as we can.
We're going to be taking another deep look at the Library based on all the feedback we've received. Keep those bug reports coming, but I don't suspect we'll have any significant changes for the Library until after December. The priority here is to make sure PDFs purchased in the new store are appearing in your library. A vast majority are working just fine, but we know that Operation Orias is one of those that is not. It's a priority for us to fix that.
Legacy Paizo Advantage and Legacy Paizo Advantage - Adventure Path subscriber rewards are being carried over into the new store. We'll be sending an email out to those customers once we have migrated their accounts and subscriptions over to the rewards in the new store; it is not an automatic process. Both of those groups are customers that have maintained an active Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription since the launch of Pathfinder.
Paizo Plus tier calculations are not yet working correctly. Part of that is an internal bug we've discovered, and the other part is our partner taking longer to bring people into their tiers than we expected. We definitely want to see that fixed in the next few days, but we are reliant on an outside vendor for that.
Thanks again for your patience. As much as we tested this in sandbox environments prior to launch, wee know we missed some big ones.

Credit cards will be charged at 1 a.m. Pacific on Monday, 11/24. The exact time might vary based on where you are in the queue.

The new website has broken the link to the product/forum page for The Dead God's Hand. The link to its thread still exists in the Product Discussion forum, but it goes nowhere useful that I could see.

When I tried to download the pdf of the recent Starfinder Warframe colab, it shows up twice in the new store library page, neither actually includes the pdfs.
Same here. Bought PDF version of warframe collab. Order in "completed" status, and still can't find where to download it.
It has been noted a couple times now, but I also purchased the Warframe adventure, today, and PDF and can't seem to find it anywhere to download it.
I've had the same problem where I was trying to download the Warframe collab PDFs but the files would never arrive nor a pop up appear.
After browsing this thread, I read that you can download you already bought digital items from the Legacy Library from this comment from the CEO.
At first that link wasn't working for me either, it said "Personalizing... Click link again in 60 seconds to download." and no download started either, but after doing what it said of clicking again it started the process, the message changed to "Ready! Click file name again to download." and I was able to get my PDFs.
I suggest everyone that has problems with their downloads, not only Operation Ordias buyers, to try this method and see if it works for their files.

I've re-added my subscriptions as mentioned in the known issues thread.
For my Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription, it looks like the next product will be Feb 2026 instead of #221: Into the Apocalypse Archive (Revenge of the Runelords 3 of 3).
There was no option to select #221 as the starting point. I've checked again today to see if options changed in the subscriptions manager and I see no options other than to skip or cancel the subscription.
What can I do to receive AP #221, are there any options with the subscription? Or is it time to buy that one individually?

The inability to set a type of shipping for subscribers means my shipping costs almost doubled, a heads up about before it actually shipped would have been nice.
The lack of discount carry over also means the product is more expensive. This whole webstore change has just made your stuff far for expensive for me.

Followed the website instructions and requested a password reset for first login, several times, but none came through.
I've followed the advise again on website, that if it didn't come through, set up an account.
But now I cannot access any of the PDFs I've purchases previously, even though it says anything purchased after 2020 should be accessible.
What can I do to fix this?

My legacy status is not yet showing up, my "gold" is at 0, and my subscriptions all vanished. While I followed the instructions to re-add my subscriptions manually, I'm concerned that I'll be over-charged when the next subscriptions ship because my status is not correct so I won't qualify for the discount when the next subscriptions go out. I did submit a help ticket last week.
I understand that fixing these things may take some time. But can you give any assurance about how this will be handled? As in, if we don't receive our expected discounts, we'll be credited back the over-charge once our status is corrected? We'll be able to receive subscription copies that got "skipped" if that happens, etc.?

My order confirmation came through earlier for Draconic Codex and I checked the subscription manager to see if Hellfire Dispatches order shows up for sometime in March. It shows that December 24th is the next order date and doesn't show Hellfire Dispatches. I'm assuming there's automation that will update that at some point and just wanted to confirm.

Old addresses that were deleted were reverted too during the change over, as well as deleted payment methods being ressurected and reverted to. New addresses and payment methods nonexistent. Changed these in May of 2025.
No way to change addresses on upcoming or suspended orders caused by this bug.
Deleted old addresses and payment methods. Updated to new payment method and new address. New payment method working but address is not.

I just downloaded my subscriber pdf of Draconic Codex (Awesome book by the way!) from my Library.
Oddly, there is digital watermark on each page with someone else’s name and email address…

The store will not accept my payment information. I am using the same payment method as before which had no issues then. I am in Singapore. I am really confused as how to get help with this, as the website and customer service process have become extremely opaque.

Had the same issue today, same MasterCard I used for all my past payments suddenly won't work with paizo anymore. Subscription order that had the payment problem also doesn't show up under Orders or Subscriptions.
Added the same card as default payment option again, let's see if that works.On an unrelated note, the paizo store has been flagged as not secure by chrome since yesterday?
