New Address Problem

I need to change my address and when I logged in to manage mailing address it says zero active address on file. I tried changing it this morning and came up wrong and when I tried to change it again it did the same thing. Eventually it locked me out.
Next month I have checked for picking up subscriptions at Gencon, but need further subscriptions to go to my New Address:

Had to go this route because I was starting to have packages stolen off my porch.

Hi I'm unable to change or Add an address due to a bug in the checkout procedure.
I'm using A mac
however i can enter all details upto the Country etc... but can't go to select this address as the window does"t allow me to scroll to it at all.
I know its theres as I've cut and pasted the sreen into notepad and it there but can"t tab to select this address

Phone Number (Required for non-US addresses.)
Cancel Select This Address

don"t see Phone number at all

Hello Fred,

Thank you for letting us know about this! I have redacted your address, since our messageboards are public, but not before I changed your address in our system. Your subscriptions should now automatically be sent to your P.O. Box, rather than your street address. Please feel free to look over your account settings and verify that everything is correct. If anything needs to be changed, I can take care of it for you.

Hello Ash,

Thanks for letting us know about this! I do see an address in our system for you, but I want to verify that it's the correct one. Since it's not a good idea to post personal information like addresses on the messageboards, I'll go ahead and send you a follow-up email so that I can make sure everything looks good.
