I was looking at the Sniper Archetype for the Slayer Class. They have a 1st level ability that halves the penalty for each range increment. If you take the Far Shot feat, doesn't that mean you don't have a range penalty and can shoot all the way to the max range of the (bow/crossbow/etc) without range penalty, granted you can see that far?

Far Shot specifically states you have a -1 penalty for each range increment, and sniper halves your range increment penalties, so you'd halve the -1/increment penalty, making it -1 for every two range increments. At least, that seems to be the best way to rule it to me. (Would still be bloody nice.)
EDIT: If the sniper ability was stated as "reducing all range increment penalties by 1", your interpretation would be correct.

Actually a -4; -1 each time you exceed 2 full range increments if you have both. Flight arrows to extend the range increment by 20' and you can do that at 1300', almost exactly 1/4 mile.
Holy s!*@. And if you have a magic bow with Distance on it, you can hit up to half a mile...
And if you're doing mythic, at that point you might as well take the Champion mythic path ability Limitless Range, which multiplies the range of the weapon by 5.
... [(110+20x2)*2]*5=1300 ft per range increment, you only take a -1 for every other range increment... That's a max range of 13000 feet or 2.5 miles! Talk about putting an arrow on a target so far away it would take like 30+ minutes to send someone out to go confirm the hit!
To prevent future confusion, the Earth's surface curves out of sight at a distance of 3.1 miles, or 5 kilometers. I think Golarion's a bit bigger, isn't it? That would mean it would go farther before curving out of sight.
[Edit] I just remembered that the ability Limitless Range also gets rid of the max range increment. So you could hit from farther if you can make the attack roll despite the penalties.

If you're shooting from ground level to ground level on a plain that sounds about right. If you're standing on top of a mountain shooting a mage flying high above the ground, the curvature of the Earth/Golarion just isn't going to be an issue.
Something that could be an issue is trying to actually spot your target. Invisibility is the same perception penalty as a 400' range, 13000' is just impossible to make if the target makes even a cursory attempt to hide. Or 8400' - longshot adds 10' to the range increment, and I think x2 for Distance & x5 for Limitless Range makes x6 in D&D/PF land. Skill Unlock: Perception extends spot distance a bit but you'd need the mythic Eagle Eyes feat to make full use of Limitless Range.

Even with no attempt to hide: the DC to see a person just standing still is 0.
Long before you need Limitless Range, you need a crystal ball to see what you're shooting at...

True, mechanically you two are right about the range affecting perception rolls. Though we irl can see a person standing a mile away, or 400 feet. I mean who would watch football unless you're sitting in the row right at the edge of the field if that was the case? Actually kinda feels like those old video games with extremely limited render distance. :P

If your GM's fine with RL spotting distance, fine, but if not it'd be a terrible shame to spend all these abilities on shooting things half a mile away and to then be defeated by an inability to see a Tarrasque at half that distance, due to the constant mists of Daggerfall.

I think with the mists of daggerfall, you couldn't see one end of the Tarrasque even if you were standing ON the other end. :/
