For Unchained Rogues there are really good feats when using an elven branched spear. Race doesn´t really matter, exotic weapon proficiency is worth it. I´ve been playing this myself with a halfling, only problem i ever got was the rest of the party getting large all the time.
-Exotic Weapon proficiency Elven branched spear
-Combat Reflexes (at some point)
-Dirty Fighting (instead of combat expertise)
-Gang-Up (for more flanking, remember, you are your own ally, so you need only 2 PC´s for this, no table variation.)
-Phalanx Formation (stand behind your buddy and stab it out of the enemy without caring about cover! And flank at the same time with Gag-Up!)
-Lunge (for when others get large or you just want more reach)
-weapon focus + spear dancer (more penalties on your foe!)
If you choose a maneuver, i would recommend dirty trick (blind), since it enables sneak attack and gives you conealment.
Vexing dodger archetype gets this for free at level 2.
For dipping i would recommend the untamed rager unchained barbarian if at all. Unchained rage works on dex attack and damage and that archetype gets improved dirty trick and greater dirty trick for free.
Also that way you don´t need to bother about fortitude saves, have great reflex saves and rage helps with willsave a bit. You could think about superstition rage power.

take note that dirty fighting actually DOESN'T let you qualify for gang up, you need combat expertise for that.
Dirty fighting only counts as combat expertise for improved maneuver feat, or feats with improved maneuver requirements, gang up isn't either of them.

People always forget the highlighted part of the FAQ. For Teamwork feats, and feats that function like teamwork feats such as Gang Up and Butterfly's Sting, you can absolutely expect table variation because that is a situation where treating you as your own ally is against the RAI of the feat.

Halfling UC Rogue 4 / Monk (Underfoot Adept) X.
"Oh, look, that's a small sized halfling, can't possibly trip me cause I'm a huge lumbering giant." *Halfling trips the giant with no issue whatsoever*

Even better, doing this as a Human with Racial Heritage (Halfling). Which may or may not make any sense whatsoever.

Dear fellow Pathfinderites: my unchained rog4 took Finesse Training with daggers (he's built to conceal) but I'm looking for two-handed options for more damage when he hits higher levels -- is there a rogue or wizard weapon, without taking martial or exotic prof., which can be finessed and used two-handed?
PS: he's half-elf, and no, I don't really care about crit range, as this would be for the odd times he doesn't go for his daggers...
PS2: yes, he took a wizard level, for the sweet foresight diviner goodness on initiative

No, two-handed Dex to damage is currently limited to five weapons: The Aldori Dueling Sword, Estoc, Elven Curve Blade, Elven Branch Spear, and Spiked Chain. They are all exotic, although The Elven weapons are martial for elves, and the Spiked Chain is martial for Half-Orcs with a racial trait.
You could also muilticlass into Cleric or Inquisitor of Zon-Kuthon or Hembad for Spiked Chain proficiency.

I play an UnRog#/Diviner1, so no martial prof. planned for this guy...
Which is the best one among those five weapons in terms of crit. range?

Elven curve blade or estoc with 18-20/x2 for both. ECB has a better damage die at 1d10, but the estoc is close with 2d4 and can be wielded one or two handed, so it's better if you get grappled.

Excellent Sir. Intelligent Estoc for the win, with this:

This power does not grant the possessor the ability to use other weapons of the same type or to use this magically granted proficiency to meet prerequisites. Item Type: Weapon.
