What is the action to activate Aspect of War? Is there no limit to the number of times per day it can be used, as is suggested by the lack of anything saying there's any limit besides the fact the ability lasts for 1 minute when activated?

Since it doesn't stipulate it would be a standard to activate. There's a notE somewhere in the combat chapter that mentions this about Supernatural Abilities.

I'd would say there is no limit in daily usage, for the reason you mentioned.

Aspect of War is (Su), so it would default to being a Standard Action to activate.
