No May Order?

I have not received the email notification that my May order has been shipped. In addition, when I check on the status of the order I find that it is still pending. What is going on?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I'm sorry to see that your order hasn't shipped yet.

It looks like we are having a hard time with the "Kill Them With Kindness" t-shirt. I'm not sure why that was moved out of the sidecart yet (but I'll flag that for the tech team to take a look at). I have moved it back to your sidecart, so it shouldn't keep the May order tied up anymore.

Did you want the items that are ready from order 3561193 to ship with the May order, or did you want those to stay in the sidecart for a future order?
