So I am working on converting due to player interest, and have ht a few snags. I don't really need class or race conversions as there are some already on here. But my area I could use a few extra rules gurus and eyes in are Feats and Domains. What does the board think about the feats and how they interact with PF rules feats? Does any of them become broken or need changed to fit the style the feats work in now? Same with the Ebberon domains, how should I go about converting them?
Also I welcome any takes on prestige classes and magic items that people want to share :P

Most of the feats in Eberron are fine as is, and there are really only a couple of the Domains presented in the book that stand out enough to be converted instead of simply replaced with something similar from the Core book or the Subdomains from the APG.
In my own Pathfinder Eberron game I changed the functioning nature of Dragonmarks to present just how powerful they are supposed to be, and why people who have them are capable of running a powerful mercantile empire. Each Dragonmark allows the person who has it, to use the associated Spell Like Ability three times per day (instead of once), at a caster level equal to their character level. Not only does this make it more enticing for players but it means you can have high level experts or mage wrights (essentially non-heroic 'normal' characters) that are still powerful businessmen or healers or performers. Save DCs are also 10 + spell level + charisma modifier.
The only Domain I chose to directly attempt to convert was the Exorcism domain for the Path of Light and Silver Flame since possession is somewhat of a running theme with fiends and dream creatures.
New Cleric Domain – Exorcism
Available to the Silver Flame and the Path of Light
1st Exorcist (Su): A cleric of the Silver Flame or Path of Light may Channel Energy to force a possessing spirit out of a body or object. This functions as the channeling energy mechanic and draws from the same pool for the number of times per day it can be used. A creature affected by this ability must make a Charisma check against the Cleric’s channeling DC. A creature forced out cannot possess the same creature for 24 hours.
8th Aura of Faith (Su): For a number of rounds equal to your caster level per day, you can emit a 30 foot aura that wards against the mind affecting spells and spell-like abilities of outsiders as well as prevent possession. In addition those under the protection of the ward may roll twice against other mind affecting effects and take the better result.
If this is any help at all, please let me know. If you're looking for Prestige Classes I know at some point I converted all of the Eberron specific PrCs during the beta phase of Pathfinder, so it might require a little tweaking but most of the conversion is already done.

I hadnt really realized how many "new" domains were already in pathfinder. I like the exorcism domain you posted.

The Deities conversion from my game, using the PFRPG domains. Aside from Exorcism I didn't see a lot of reason to use any others from the core book. Hope this helps. If you'll notice, the Blood of Vol's alignment is changed from the one in the core book. This is an attempt to emphasize the difference between the lower echelon of normal worshippers and assorted other things going on in the upper levels of the religion.

Can't say much about the domains (as I'm going to steal Bofdm's excelent work) but I have started on the feats and other things.
Here's a link to the googledocs where I'm working on the conversions and my house rules. Most are really minor.Has anyone done any regional traits for Eberron?

At the time I made my character creation document, most of the traits I had access to were from the various campaign guides for the APs. A lot of them are easily re-skinned to be adapted to Eberron...a couple of examples for Region traits. It's a little strong but I wanted to encourage my players to take Dragonmarks so I made the option of a trait (I only offered one at character creation) being Dragonmarked.
Dragonmarked: A character may start having been touched by the legacy of the draconic prophecy in regards to their house.
Benefit: A member of the Dragonmarked races develops the Least Dragonmark of their respective house, and gains the feat for free.
Aberrant Marked: A character without a dragonmark though still of a dragonmarked race may similarly choose to have developed an Aberrant Dragonmark. A character with an Aberrant Mark can never develop a true Dragonmark, and vice versa.
Captain’s Blade (Lhazaar Principalities or House Lyrandar): You were born ship-board and learned to walk and fight alongside the sailing men and women of the Lhazaar Principalities.
Benefit: While on board a ship, you get a +2 bonus on Acrobatics and Climb skill checks. In addition, you receive a +1 circumstance bonus on attack rolls made while flanking on board a ship.
Child of Undeath: The undead are not monsters, but rather the souls of your honored ancestors. You need not fear them.
Prerequisite: Region of origin Karrnath or Aerenal.
Benefit: 1/Day you can surround yourself with an aura of unlife. Unintelligent undead ignore you unless you take action against them, as per hide from undead. This protection lasts for 1 minute per character level. If you attack, or otherwise take an offensive action against undead during this effect, it immediately ends.
Horse Lord: Your people are masters of battling on horseback and you have mastered their rare skill.
Prerequisite: Region of origin Valenar, Talenta Plains or member of House Vadalis.
Benefit: You get a +2 bonus on Ride skill checks. While mounted, you also receive a +1 dodge bonus to your Armor Class.
But let's see, other documents I have compiled for Eberron...there are so many feats I've never managed to gather them all so if someone has made one I would really appreciate it.
A fun mechanic introduced from the APG are the alternate racial features. This allows a Warforged to select their body "type" at first level without having to spend a feat on it if they so choose (so Adamantine, Mythril, Ironwood etc)
This also allows the differentiation between Valenar Elves, City Elves, and Aerenal Elves. Really if you take a lot of the options from the races in the APG and switch them around to the appropriate races in Eberron based on their flavor it really adds a lot of quick and easy options.
*rummages through old file folders*
Shizvestus I'll send you those Prestige Classes in a word document.
If anyone is interested I also compiled a Complete Spell List from every Eberron document as well. It's one complete list of all the descriptions, and a separate list showing the spells by class and level (so all the Artificer infusions from every eberron book, followed by Blackguard, Bard, etc)
I'm kind of a big Eberron nerd.

Thank you, much apreciated. I love Eberron, but havnt had a chance to play there in quite a while. I miss the Warforged! There were so many good Campaign Ideas... So well developed.
Weirdly enough in the actual Eberron campaign I ran there were *no* warforged or shifter PCs! Did have a Changeling and Kalashtar though.
