Oh most awesome Customer Service, it seems that while I wasn't looking, this order has grown to epic proportions. While I am happy about that, would it be possible to put the order on hold for about two weeks, so I can make the necessary arrangements (find a dungeon, kill the monsters, take their stuff...)?

I'm sorry to hear that! I hope someone finds a Cure wand for you.
I have moved the items in this order to your sidecart and set your subscriptions to be suspended for now, so they won't generate in early June.

Oh most awesome Customer Service: I happily fetched my order from German customs today and almost everything is in order. Two things I have to bring up, though:
1) The order is still showing as pending.
2) For whatever reason, I recieved (and was billed) only one 'Heroes of the Wild' player companion, instead of the ususal two (I recieved two of each other Player companion that was part of this Order) - as I still want a second, should I order it separatly?

Very strange....
1) It looks like something didn't trigger correctly. I have poked some things and it should show as fulfilled now.
2) I'm not sure why the system did not correctly generate the 2nd copy Heroes of the Wild. I have manually generated the 2nd one from our side and it's in your sidecart now.
If anything else seems amiss, do let us know.
