Is there any way for a cleric to gain access to the 1st level domain powers of another domain that he currently doesnt have? Via a feat or item ?

As far as I know in pathfinder, nope.

There isn't one otherwise, primarily because Domains are one of the few class features unique (and most of them powerful) to Clerics. Flavorwise, a Deity isn't going to just give you powers unless you were to worship and revere it (and only it). Unlike deities in 3.X, that had their own pantheons of faith and several of them got along with each other, Pathfinder deities are all lone wolf types.

Granted powers from the cleric's second domain function as if the cleric's level, Wisdom, and Charisma were 2 lower than normal (minimum level 1) in terms of effect, DC, and uses per day. This also means the separatist doesn't gain the domain's higher-level ability until 2 levels later than normal. If the second domain grants additional class skills, the separatist gains these as normal. In all other respects, this ability works like and replaces the standard cleric's domain ability.
