We are going to host a gaming event at our local community center for Tabletop Day, where we will be running the Silverhex Chronicles.
I wanted to prep more Pathfinder Society Cards for the event, after checking that I already have 9 cards reserved in the system. I clicked the reserve 10 more cards options, but now I can't access/download the earlier 9 reserved cards??!?
The only option I see now is "Download Ten Most Recent Pathfinder Society Cards".
Is there a way to download the previously reserved Pathfinder Society Cards?
To clarify, I got 20 cards reserved, but I can only download and access the most recent 10 cards, how do I download/access the earlier cards?

The hold on additional cards times out eventually, but I don't know how long that takes. If your event isn't this weekend, you could follow the contact us link and e-mail them asking for more cards. Alternatively, I could mail you the cards I just generated and downloaded. I don't think they're necessarily tied to any particular event, as I've handed them out freely at cons and other peoples' events.
Edit: I'll be up pretty early today (Saturday) and only home a couple of times until the evening. If you need these for today, e-mailing me before 7am PDT would be best. pfsocron at gmail.com

The way I understand it, is that unused numbers just don't go away, the only thing that can happen when everybody reserves numbers all the time is that at some point, new PFS ID numbers will have another digit.
So, no worries ^^
EDIT: The way the system is set up, you can pretty much collect them over a number of days, and just have a stack of them ready, however if you suddenly need more, just send me or someone else a PM and we should be able to send you 10.

The numbers are just numbers. They have no meaning until they are assigned to a player, and as such, there is no reason to just not skip them by. In fact, it would be far. Ore difficult to try and recover them.
So, no worries... No one would have used them.
In fact, I have used PFS numbers that were over a year old (but before becoming a VL). They worked just fine.

Thanks for the answers.
So just double checking, I can still hand out the previous numbers right?
They will still be valid for new players to sign up with?
Cos I found an old printout of these older cards yesterday, it was in a folder for a con 2 years back. One card has been given out.
I will just make sure I download and save all the numbers.

Just try not to print the same set of numbers twice, when it doubt get a fresh set.
