Let's see if I can make a competent party of adventurers!
Character 1 - Willy the Sharpshooter, Human Slayer - True Neutral
Strength: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 3) = 8
Dexterity: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 5) = 15 +2 = 17
Constitution: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 6) = 13
Intelligence: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 1) = 9
Wisdom: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 6) = 9
Charisma: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 5) = 12
Willy's not an especially smart individual, nor does he have the musculature of a woman's dreams, but he's a tough little man that's got quick reflexes and is quite handy with a crossbow. This fellow also happens to be handy with a lockpick. He stands at about 5'3".
Willy's getting bored with his job as a Lansdale guard and has decided to follow the dwarf cleric, Amelia, on her holy mission to cleanse a nearby crypt of some evil the dwarf keeps blabbing about. He doesn't quite understand it, but she seems trustworthy enough and he figures he could use a good stretch.
Character 2 - Brannoc Tumbledown, Halfling Sorcerer - Chaotic Good
Strength: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 1) = 3 -2, but it can't drop below 3, so it remains at 3
Dexterity: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 1) = 8 +2 = 10
Constitution: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 5) = 12
Intelligence: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 5) = 11
Wisdom: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 1) = 6
Charisma: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 5) = 12 +2 = 14
Poor Brannoc has a terrible genetic defect that's made about as strong as a dying oyster. He's struggled all his life with his fragile body, and this hasn't helped his temper. That said, the redheaded halfling has a fiery spirit, both figuratively and literally: he has a fiery, magical heritage that gives him arcane powers.
Ill-content to remain in a place where he's treated either as a pariah or as someone to be coddled, Brannoc is joining Amelia on her expedition and leaving Lansdale so he can prove he's as strong as anyone else. After all, he has magic.
Character 3 - Amelia Ironheart, Dwarf Cleric - Neutral Good
Strength: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 4) = 10
Dexterity: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 4) = 10
Constitution: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 4) = 14 +2 = 16
Intelligence: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 2) = 12
Wisdom: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 6) = 16 +2 = 18
Charisma: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 5) = 11 -2 = 9
Amelia is a cleric on a quest. She immersed herself in her faith at an early age, and she proved to be more than capable at channeling Torag's divine power after only brief study. While she is not especially skilled at martial combat, she is also very tough, able to take severe punishment, and she proved this in a fist fight against some bullies that though they could rough up another young dwarf.
Given her stout heart, iron will and divine connection to Torag, Amelia was chosen by her teachers to go to the human village of Lansdale and investigate rumors of an undead infestation. While it isn't a dwarven matter, it is an important enough task that someone trustworthy be sent to learn more.
Given that, Amelia is the leader of a mottley group that has formed around her. While she's a bit gruff, she's the smartest of the party and the wisest by far. Besides, she's tough as iron and good at the whole "hold a shield and stand in front" thing.
Character 4 - Leka, Hungerseed (Oni-Spawn Tiefling) Barbarian (Mad Dog) - Chaotic Neutral
Strength: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 6) = 10 +2 = 12
Dexterity: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 3) = 6
Constitution: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 4) = 12
Intelligence: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 2) = 10
Wisdom: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 3) = 8 +2 = 10
Charisma: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 2) = 6 -2 = 4
Leka does not know how to express herself without violence. She's not stupid, but she was raised locked up inside boarded up room by herself, her parents unsure whether to kill her mercifully or not. When she finally met the outside world, having bashed her way out of the room with her bare hands, she found herself ridiculed, reviled, and hated. Frightened and wanting nothing more to do with her family, she fled into the woods and through luck befriended wild wolves out there.
Since then, Leka has traveled from place to place, avoiding contact with people (who she simply cannot understand) as much as possible. Recently, however, she happened upon Amelia as the dwarf was traveling to the village of Lansdale. She and her wolf friend, Rogar, saved the dwarf from being killed by goblins. They've traveled with her since.
Leka isn't very agile, but she's tough and strong - enough, at least, that when she gets mad, she breaks things with her greatclub. Hard. She's also frighteningly ugly, so hitting things while they're gaping is actually a good tactic.

Consistently above average, yet utterly lacking in any stand-out abilities. Might make a playable Dwarf Druid...
I will instead use these stats to make Jenny Dippy (Human, Chaotic Good) - a barbarian warrior with eclectic interests and a short attention span.
She picks a different class at every level, eventually becoming a Barbarian-Slayer-Fighter-Ranger-Cavalier-Monk-Alchemist-Oracle-Wizard-Cleri c-Bard-Duellist-Ninja.

Wow, okay. So we have the hero, both a fighter and a caster (magus or cleric?) who wades fearlessly into battle. Supporting him are the twins, who offer arcane support from waaaaaay back, and try to learn how to make CON belts. Tagging along is a bard who mostly offers buffs and a little healing, and doesn't do much else. The songs at dinnertime are nice though, and he helps carry stuff while setting the hero's exploits to music.

I present Dogmatix the Human Paladin. Add +2 to Cha, and the annoying trait that lets you drop the other human bonuses for another +2 to... Str or Dex.
Dogmatix Retardus is insufferably compelling and always knows his God is right. And the might of right always wins the fight. Like any fantaic religio Dogmatix is nigh uncontrollable when it comes to faith and fervor - he has no regard for unbelievers or the unclean and having never conducted himself in a less than honorable fashion has absolutely zero compassion for those who find themselves in society's... grey areas. Essentially an ignorant, boorish believer. Let's hope he dies in the first combat.

Hurgan is a very deliberate individual. He never, ever rushes into things, and thinks that those who do should really slow down. He prefers to react to foes, allowing his heavy armor to absorb blows while he chooses the best magical enhancement spell to strike them down with a blow from his mighty war hammer. He likes traveling with the Truesight siblings because they appreciate the value of taking the time to plan things out.

In order to make ends meet, he joined the party, inspiring the party with his "amazing looks."

We're making the website do the rolls for us. Like so: <dice=Strength>3d6</dice>
Just replace the <> brackets with square brackets [], and you'll get something like this:
Strength: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 3) = 9
Helpful tip: Click the "Show" button below the text box, next to "How to format your text". It'll tell you what you can do with your text, and how to do it.
And now that I have rolled up some strength anyway, I guess I'll roll the other stats as well and see what I get.
Dexterity: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 6) = 16 +2
Constitution: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 6) = 10
Intelligence: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 6) = 13 +2

Haddeshan Sparklethumbs, Gnome Arcane-Blooded Sorcerer
STR: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 5) = 11 - 2 = 9
DEX: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 3) = 11
CON: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 1) = 10 + 2 = 12
INT: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 2) = 6
WIS: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 4) = 6
CHA: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 6) = 13 + 2 = 15
Haddeshan, like most gnomes, has an affinity for illusion magic. Still, he does what he can to learn all other branches of magic too. He was converted to Torag's worship by Omli, though his interpretations of some of Torag's tenets are... unorthodox.
Johnny Nohands, Human Summoner
STR: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 1) = 7
DEX: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 3) = 8
CON: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 5) = 9
INT: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 1) = 8
WIS: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 4) = 11
CHA: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 2) = 10 + 2 = 12
Johnny is, in the kindest terms, kind of a screwup. His only real talent is being kind of okay at summoning things, and even then he finds himself dominated by their egos most of the time. Most of this is especially apparent in the large golem-like eidolon bound to him. Still, the others seem okay with him, so he's fine with that.
Roarker, Orc Invulnerable Rager Barbarian
STR: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 3) = 12 + 4 = 16
DEX: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 4) = 10
CON: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 6) = 9
INT: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 4) = 12 - 2 = 10
WIS: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 1) = 9 - 2 = 7
CHA: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 1) = 11 - 2 = 9
Roarker is strong, and fairly intelligent considering is origin as a berserker in an orc tribe. Because the party spared his life when they found him at deaths door, he's sworn himself to follow Torag's tenets. Others find this kind of unnerving, but Roarker doesn't really seem to care all that much.
