As the title says, what are some places you find really interesting, but would never want to go?
I'm thinking Nidal, Worldwound, etc.
The Mana Wastes seem neat. And inhospitable.
bottom of the Pit of Gormuz.
I'd totally go to Nidal. Pangolais sounds nice. All quiet and dark. Well, maybe the occasional sound of someone being flayed alive.
The Black Desert...undead drows, underfhan, and mythic vampire shoggoth.
The entire country of Ustalav.
Riddleport.
The temple of the starstone.
Galt, because seriously… why would ANYONE want to live in an entire country of Chaotic Neutrals?
I was also going to come in and suggest Galt. At least in a place like the Worldwound the people you couldn't trust yesterday are going to be the same people tomorrow.
That being said, still totally waiting on the Galt AP.
The Eye of Abendego would be pretty spectacular. But I wouldn't want to hang around as it spewed out multiple magical hurricanes up and down the coast :/

I sometimes think to myself, "If one of my characters were to become a Venture Captain, where would she build her Lodge?" And then I realized that everywhere in Golarion is crappy. I finally decided on Starfall because it had the highest probability of internet.

Sarusan -- if you go there, you get memory-wiped.
The deepest habitable layers of the planet - the closer you get to Rovagug's prison, the weirder things get. Weird doesn't scare me, of course, but there's also the matter of lethality.
This isn't "on Golarion," of course, but - AUCTURN!!!

I forgot one - The Valley of the Birthing Death in Icemark

In our latest campaign -- the River Kingdoms. The GM started us out in Daggermark, and we are now leaving the region by the quickest possible route.

I want to go to Arcadia, so as to meet, greet, and unintentionally offend the native syrinx with my natural flightlessness.
Also, Galt AP seconded!
I'll go ahead and third the Galt AP.
I'd also add the Mwangi expanse to the list of places I'd rather not be. Nothing but jungle and the natives are all Shoanti barbarian tribes? I have to hunt down my own food? No thank you.
By contrast, official info on Kaer Maga seems to be trying to build it up as the City of Everything Terrible About Cities, but honestly I don't think I'd mind it so much, as long as I could find a decent wage.

And +1 for the Galt AP.

Proceeds to completion regardless of local, is my understanding.

Part of me wants to say "Korvosa" because I can't stand Hellknights. On the other hand, they have an abundance of pseudodragons, so I'm conflicted. . .
