I'm sorry to hear that you have had problems with your last several orders. I'm not 100% sure about the orders placed before this one, but we have been having some trouble with the sidecarts seriously misbehaving for about that last month or so (there's some stuff the tech team needs to take a look at).
In the future, if you are ever concerned about something, please don't wait months to ask us about it. As soon you as you notice that something is past the estimate in which it should have shipped from our warehouse (or even getting close to it), please let us know. We're happy to figure out what the problem may be and fix what we can.
While we would love to be able to have more time to seek out orders that are having problems, we are a very small team, and typically do not have enough party members to devote to that quest. But please know that as soon as something is brought to our attention, we will do what we can to help fight off any goblins that are causing problems or lift any confusion spells.
