Overcoming immunity to mind-affecting for intimidation

Advice

I have a really neat idea of utilizing cornugon smash with hurtful, but the main problem is - intimidate doesn't work against a lot of enemies.
Maybe there is a feat or trait that will help to work around it? An item perhaps? I know about "Unnatural presence" trait, but it helps only against animals and swarms.

The only way that I know, is to be an antipaladin.

Animals were never actually immune.

The new FAQ does have funny consequences.

Such as, the idea that the lowly Ghoul, is never intimidated by the 20th level Paladin, is quite funny.

Paladin: "I am righteousness incarnate! I shall wipe you from existence foul creature!"

Ghoul: "Meh. Whatever."

So, Undead, Constructs, Vermin, and Oozes.

If that's what you expect to fight most often, you may want a different focus.

A funny consequence is you can't scare a cockroach.

Edit, fixed false information.
Thank you BBT

At 2nd level, an Agent of the Grave can treat undead as their original type for most effects, including intimidate.

I don't see how that indicates that animals are immune to intimidate.

I didn't say they were.

I was speaking of the "Unnatural Presence" trait, which "allows" you to intimidate, something you could already intimidate. Animals could always be intimidated.

I went on to speak on the FAQ that, by virtue of it's details, did make a number of other things immune to intimidate, like sentient undead.

The post may have mixed the message.

Ah, gotcha. That makes more sense.

The fact that Intimidate is classified as a Mind Effect also means that even Blackguards can't intimidate the undead.

The fact that it's an actual Fear effect means that Agents of the Grave can't intimidate Undead either.

A Blackguard/Agent of the Grave could though. They're that scary.

So about Aura of Cowardice... does it make creatures that are normally immune to mind affecting susceptible to fear (e.g. undead, vermin) or does it strictly negate fear immunity (Aura of Courage, Greater Heroism)? I could really see it being ruled either way.
