My credit card was charged twice for a large amount. Total order was 667.86
Paizo Broke this down into 2 payments, which was fine.
137.75
521.17
which adds up to 658.92, which I thought was odd but that was your system of doing math I guess. Could be because shipping was less than estimated?
What isn't fine is that 521.17 was charged to my credit card two times. I saw that on the order it was clearly marked as charged twice, once yesterday and once today. So I checked on my card and sure enough there was a second charge from Paizo today for 521.17.
Please fix this, I will also be calling in at 10am pst to make sure this is cleared up.
Nice lady on the phone said they just put through a credit/refund for the extra amount. Waiting to see it hit my credit card, but they said it could take 1-5 days? hopefully this hits today.
