The interaction I'm uncertain about is between the sensei's mystic wisdom ability and the monk of the four winds slow time ability.
When using slow time in conjunction with mystic wisdom, when do the sensei's allies gain 3 standard actions? On the sensei's turn or on each respective ally's turn?
Thoughts?

Or with a Qinggong scorching ray...

Anachronity |
Slight necromancy, but the phrase "during his turn" leads me to believe it is on each respective ally's turn.
Also Mystic Wisdom specifies that the ability may "affect one ally within 30 feet rather than the sensei himself" (with similar wording for the 12th level improvement). This means that SLA's which affect other targets (i.e. scorching ray) can't be used with Mystic Wisdom unless he targets himself with it (thereby damaging all of his allies).
Since what qualifies one as an 'ally' in pathfinder is poorly defined for abilities like this, one could argue that an ally is whomever the sensei chooses to consider to be an ally. This could possibly allow you to nuke all enemies within 30' with scorching ray by considering them as allies, but that's some chicanery that any DM would be well within his/her rights to disallow.
