Today I was surprised to revived 2 packages from Paizo ... I didn't think there was a hardbound this month.. The 2nd package was labeled w/ my name and address but the invoice inside is for someone else -- Order# 3433390.

When I get a chance I will try to send it back to you .... Do you have a specific thing you want me to do before I do? I have the name address for the customer if you just want me to forward it directly the them.

Thank you very much for letting us know about this. I'm not exactly what kind of goblins are messing around with our shipments, but it looks like they had some fun with this order!

I think the best solution for now is just to have you send that shipment back to us, and we'll go ahead and send a replacement to the original recipient from here. We can go ahead and send you a UPS label to get the shipment returned to us.

Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that I would be able to assist you with in the meantime, and I would be more than happy to do so.

Am incorrect in assuming I should repackage it since it was originally sent Ina USPS Flat Rate box?

Hello Donald,

Your return label was just dropped in the mail, so it should reach you in 2 - 5 business days.

I don't think that it matters which box you use to send the package back, since the postage has already been paid for. Just make sure that there aren't any old labels still stuck on there that could get things confused. As long as the correct label is prominent, then it should find the way back to us.
