Oh most awesome Customer service, I have to bother you again.
I recieved Order #3358414 today, unfortunatly without Chris A. Jacksons excellent novel 'Pirate's Promise'. Checking my order history, I find that the physical Items of this order are listed as 'cancelled', which is a bit of a mystery to me.
Also, I am starting to get worried about Order #3318976, which hasn't arrived yet. I would be most grateful if you could look into both matters.

Oh most awesome Customer Service, Order #3318976 arrived today, alas with the Flip Mat (Red Lights District) missing.

Thank you, oh most awesome Customer Service. Now there would still be that nagging question why Order #3358414 is shown as 'cancelled' in my account and if I need to do anything about that.

Hi Feytharn,

It looks like there had been some duplicates on the same order which were canceled before it was sent out, which is why they were showing up as canceled on your account. I think I've fixed it so it shouldn't show up anymore.

Oh most awesome Customer Service: I just picked up my latest package at German customs, alas it seems that Paizo placed their dens of unsavory entertainment too close to the harbor...aka instead of the still missing 'Red Lights District' map, I recieved a second copy of the 'Flooded Dungeon' map...

Also, it looks like you have two pre-ordered Strategy Guides on this order (one from 12/22/13 and one from 1/28/14. Are you intending to order two, or should there just be one?

I have cancelled one of those, so there is only one now.

I was also double checking some stuff on your account, and noticed that you had some items in limbo. I have kicked some of them all the way over to your sidecart (since they are not ready yet) and some I have combined with this order.

You should get a new order confirmation email. Please let me know if everything looks good, or if you see any changes that need to be made.
