How do I unsubscribe from Goblin Works emails

The unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email dose not work error 404. I could not find an option on the account page either.

I payed almost $200 in both the kick starters and for some reason still can not play the dam game and so I do not want to receive emails from golbinworks and more and probably will not ever play this game.

This is ridiculous.

I contacted customer support and they said that my $175 in pledges dose not get me in until Jan 2016.

Triga paid $135 for the Open Enrollment package (eta January 2016) and $100 of credit which I assume was for the Print Pack Add-On.

Aha, I see. So it's not the case that "for some reason" you can't play. You knew exactly why you couldn't play in EE--you didn't buy it.
Pretty sure flouncing won't help that.

I don't understand. The $35 subscription option has always said it'll allow entry upon Open Enrollment, which is yet to arrive, and pledges from the tech-demo Kickstarter didn't have game-entry included, except for the $1000+ levels.

As stated in your other thread, you paid for access to the game later rather than at Early Enrolment so you could wait for that, you've been told how you could upgrade, and you've gotten one offer from one person to trade accounts. You need to decide whether to pursue one of those options or yes, abandon the game.

You should be able to cancel unwanted email so I hope you get help with that.

He should be able to upgrade from OE to EE in the store though, right? Admittedly, more money would need to change hands, but if you want some apples, they are for sale.

I bought EE when I realised I had to wait until 2016 for OE .... and did't make thread about it....

An account upgrade should do the trick, if you really want in for EE. Otherwise your options are to wait until OE; try to sell your account; or just walk away from it
