One of my players (summoner) is asking if he can get a new magical item added to the game. He does not care if it is a diffrent type of item but he is basing it off of a Ioun stone at the moment. Orange Prism (Ioun Stone)

He want to make one that would instead of giving you a +1 caster level give you a +1 HD to a pet you get for your class. (Eldions's or animal compaion exetra.
I do know there are items in the game that will make you count as a higher level for your class abilitys like the Soc robes but I do not know of any for a pet. They are level 7 at the moment and I am thinking of letting them make it for the same as the Orange Prism.
What do you all think and is there something like this already?
