Creating magical items with unusual abilites

Rules Questions

Hello I´m pretty new to pathfinder and try to figure out something..

My Character is currently level 4 and has the ability "Craft wondrous Items". (He is a gnome bard who wants to build Golems one day).

After reading some Stories i was wondering today:

Is it possible to create magic items beyond "flaming sword" or "ring of awesomeness" in Pathfinder?

Like a coin that always shows head when you flip it? Or a Crowbar of silence? Or a Spoon that repeats what you say?

You know silly items, that can be brought to great effect eventually.

Are there rules for that?

thank you in advance!

Guessing you meant to ask is it possible to make custom magical items? Yeah, but your biggest issue is going to be the pricing of the magical item, which is frankly more an art than a science, like someone could make an item with a permanent 1st level spell like true strike and gets +20 to attack roll, which should be fairly cheap but any DM in their right mind, would not allow said magical item to be that cheap.

Basically just saying yeah, there are rules for it but as mentioned above, your DM will adjudicate the price and requirement for them.

But what if i want to make an item that is not combat focused? As i said:

Crowbar of silence or something that doesn't even has a real spell/Enchantment.

Like a coin that always falls on the same side..

As I said, it still falls under the more art than science rule. Most people wouldn't bother making a crowbar of silence, simply because you can cast silence on any object for no save.

A coin that always fall on the same side, pretty sure there are some "crooked" items listed somewhere, I do recall some dice somewhere that did that but can't remember which book.

Also there are many magical items that aren't combat focused, ring of sustenance, so you don't need to eat for example.
