I am relatively knew to Golarion, but I love what I am reading so far. Is there a reference book to the Pathfinder Society? I noticed the book is out of print. Have they announced a new version or something? Thanks!

depends on what you're looking for The Pathfinder Society Primer is an introduction to the in world pathfinder society. It is still in print.
If you're asking about Organized play, the Guide to organized play has all of the rules. This changes 1-2 times a year, so is only availible in PDF form.
If you are asking about information about Golarion in general, I'd suggest looking up whichever topic you are interested in on the Pathfinder Wiki and look to the reference section, that will give you the books used to build that particular page.

It looks as if Seekers of Secrets and Pathfinder Society Field Guide are still on offer in print, or you can get them in PDF.
