coalgiver's sack
Description: also known as the gift giver's sack, it appears to be a large sack made of a soft red cloth or hide stained by coal dust with a rope or twined gut draw-string. It creates large lumps of coal when fed a living child who has transgressed the laws of their tribe, or civilization. The bearer of the sack is cursed - permanently turning into a barghest as long as the sack is in their posession.
Power: wish (specific) create coal 40lb
Handicaps and penalties:
Permanent change to barghest form as long as coalgiver sack is in their posession.
Recharge cost: must be fed non adults who have transgressed the laws of their people.
