Is supernatural darkness created from deeper darkness still classified as a magical darkness. if so then daylight and unwelcome halo would effect it correct?
Yes. When DD says the area becomes supernaturally dark, it's inventing a new term which it then goes on to define as merely meaning that it's so dark that even darkvision doesn't work. But it's still darkness from a spell, so things which interact with "magical darkness" will regard it as such.
