A question about Pugwampis

It has been established that pugwampis are enamored with gnolls even to the point of worshiping them. This is implied to be due to the similarity of their features.How would pugwampis react to adlets,kitsune, and other races with dog-like features (and yes, I know hyenas are not dogs...but they do have that look). Would vulpinals, or hound archons be able to influence pugwampis to be good or at least less evil?

Gnolls also have the bad attitude the pugwampis respect.

It is like a halfling that wants to be an orc so he can be mean, green, and the toughest that has ever been.

So they might somewhat respect other canines, they would not give an undying sense of reverence seen with gnolls (except for Adlets, maybe- they are often mean mofos)

Plus, gnolls are 'ugly', and so are pugwampis. The listed examples all can be described as 'noble' in appearance, depending on depiction.
