question on flat footedCA wrath of righteous monsters

How do the following monsters have a flatfooted AC that is equal or higher than normal, I thought that was impossible.

Well, basically, you're right.

Best guess: someone forgot that FF only removes a Dex bonus not a Dex modifier. Easy mistake to make.

That said, equal is definitely possible, if the only AC bonuses that apply to the character are ones that apply flat-footed.
