I wanted to inquire about my 2 pending orders on when they would be shipped. One has reached 14 business days and the other is at 13 business days since the order was placed. Any information would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to see that your orders haven't shipped! After reviewing your order, it looks like everything on them should be good. I don't see anything that may be causing a problem.

We are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders at this time because of the Great Golem Sale. Due to the volume of orders, it has become difficult to offer specific shipping estimates. The warehouse is shipping things as quickly and efficiently and they can, but it is taking longer than normal to fulfill all orders. (Though based on your submission date, they will likely be up for shipping in the near future).

We are very sorry for any inconvenience. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please let us know.


Thank you for your time. I'm actually going to have to cancel one of my orders. I need Order 3313029 cancelled. My finances have made this purchase no longer possible. (Cars are evil and like to break down when you least expect it)
