On The Horizon:

This is the inaugural session of the St. Albert Mission Pathfinder Adventure Card Game ("ACG") Organized Play program. Get in on the ground floor!

Participants will partake in the introductory session of Skull & Shackles ACG Season 0, as their characters cooperate to jointly face the villains and monsters of the Pathfinder pirate-infested seas. And after all, who doesn't like battling were-sharks while brandishing cutlasses and pistols?

Game sessions are no more than 2 hours long.

A demo game for first-time ACG players will be run from Noon to 1:00 pm on Sunday, October 19, 2014.

The first adventure, "On The Horizon", will commence thereafter at 1:00 pm and will end no later than 3:00 pm.

Participants will benefit from reading both the Skull & Shackles Adventure Card Game rules and the Organized Play rules (both available as free downloads from the Paizo website).

A Pathfinder ACG Class Deck, colored card sleeves, and matching polyhedral dice are recommended.

Existing enrolees and organizers are Pathfinder ACG novices, so new players without previous ACG experience are welcome.

Scenarios Pathfinder Adventure Card Guild Scenario 0-0A: On the Horizon

We ran our first session of the PACG organized play program, On The Horizon, on Sunday, October 19, with Brad, Mark, Travis, Trevor, Joanna and Aaron. Unfortunately, with a 6-player table, we ran out of time before completing our negotiations with the Pirate Council.

Therefore, we will be rerunning the first OP scenario again at 1 pm, on Sunday, October 26. Anyone who is interested in joining us from the greater Edmonton and St. Albert areas is welcome. We will be adding a second table, which will hopefully allow us to run two tables of no more than 5 players each (the store has a third base set available if we have enough players for three tables).

Thanks to everyone who participated, it was a lot of fun!

Our second session was played today, October 26, 2014. We played Session 1, Ghosts Of The Deep.

We will be running Session 1, again, on Sunday, November 2, at Mission Fun and Games in St. Albert. Anyone from the Edmonton and St. Albert areas is welcome to attend. We will be running a second table so there is plenty of room.

Lantern Lodge

Oh wow, the locals boys getting things going... buuuuut it overlaps with my infinity league, so I will probably have to pass, might try to show once or twice.

You and any other locals are always welcome!

Aaron

This coming Sunday's session has been updated to the Events section:

All existing participants are new to the PACG system, so no experience is necessary and additional newcomers are always welcome.

New players should purchase a class deck (available at Mission Fun & Games), colored sleeves and bring a set of color-matched polyhedral dice. Game Rules can be downloaded for free from the Paizo website, but PACG is a cooperative game so you can also learn as you play.
