Order 3306860 - Have I missed out on items because I chose to sidecart them?

Hey guys,

I jumped on the sale yesterday after the website maintenance period and ordered a metric bucketload of AP modules and other modules including:

Skull & Shackles #1

and

The Shackled City Adventure Path Hardcover

I ordered them and put them in my sidecart to ship with my subscriptions which I believe would hit authorisation within 12 hours of my Order going through.

They were both 'in stock' when I ordered.

Checking My Account today, the above two items have been pushed back to shipping with a future subscription, not the next one, and when I check individually on those two items on your website, they are now listed as 'out of stock / out of print'.

Does this mean that because I chose to sidecart these items that I have missed out on them? Honestly, I'll be disappointed if that is the case. I do also realise that you guys would have been inundated with Orders upon the announcement of the sale and the system couldn't keep up inventory calculations with everything being processed so quickly.

Please let me know.

After submitting another order since I noticed there were more modules in the sale (gotta catch 'em all!), I realised that I didn't get an email confirmation of the above Order.

Is that likely to be causing any difficulties?

Hey Matt,

Serpent's Skull #1 looks like it may take some untangling before I have a final answer for that one (inventory issues and the system looks...confused). I'll get back to you on that one as soon as I have more information for you.

For Shackled City, it looks like there is one reserved for your sidecart order, so that should be good.

I'm not sure about the confirmation email...it think the system has been having a little trouble with some of the larger emails going through. It does seem to be widespread, but has come up a couple of times.

For a brief, shining, period of time this morning (Australian time), The Shackled City was in my Sidecart for the upcoming subscription, but sadly it has resumed it's place alongside Serpent's Skull #1 in the 'to be shipped with a future subscription' area.

I've still got one reserved with my name on it?

Any word on Serpent's Skull #1?

I honestly do not know why it shows that way. Everything from our end shows it should be good. Let us know once you get your subscription order confirmation if it doesn't show up.

I noticed that Shackled City and Serpent's Skull have joined my Order but are now to be shipped effectively on a day to be advised in a separate package. Is that right?

Thanks Sarah, I received that yesterday. Should I be concerned that the above mentioned items have been placed in a separate package with no estimated time of departure from Paizo?

EDIT: Just noticed that the packages have been combined, but now the entire package is listed as being estimated to ship in an unknown timeframe.

Oh, yes, I did get those combined on Thursday, I just forgot to post.

It looks like a lot of the larger orders have been popping up as "Unknown Time Frame." We haven't quite identified what the cut off or determination is for that in the system. We've received a lot of really large sale orders and the warehouse is trying to get them out as quickly as they can.

That said, it looks like yours is currently on a packing list to be packed by the warehouse, so it should be shipping soon.
