Thanks Sarah, I received that yesterday. Should I be concerned that the above mentioned items have been placed in a separate package with no estimated time of departure from Paizo? EDIT: Just noticed that the packages have been combined, but now the entire package is listed as being estimated to ship in an unknown timeframe. With thanks, Matt

Thanks Sharaya, For a brief, shining, period of time this morning (Australian time), The Shackled City was in my Sidecart for the upcoming subscription, but sadly it has resumed it's place alongside Serpent's Skull #1 in the 'to be shipped with a future subscription' area. After submitting another order since I noticed there were more modules in the sale (gotta catch 'em all!), I realised that I didn't get an email confirmation of the above Order. Is that likely to be causing any difficulties?
Hey guys, I jumped on the sale yesterday after the website maintenance period and ordered a metric bucketload of AP modules and other modules including: Skull & Shackles #1 and The Shackled City Adventure Path Hardcover I ordered them and put them in my sidecart to ship with my subscriptions which I believe would hit authorisation within 12 hours of my Order going through. They were both 'in stock' when I ordered. Checking My Account today, the above two items have been pushed back to shipping with a future subscription, not the next one, and when I check individually on those two items on your website, they are now listed as 'out of stock / out of print'. Does this mean that because I chose to sidecart these items that I have missed out on them? Honestly, I'll be disappointed if that is the case. I do also realise that you guys would have been inundated with Orders upon the announcement of the sale and the system couldn't keep up inventory calculations with everything being processed so quickly. Please let me know. Matt

Hey guys, I was just checking my CC account and noticed that the authorisation for Order 3282354 has gone. The Order hasn't shipped yet, according to my account. Is there a problem? The reason that I ask if there is a problem is that the other Order listed about #3199693 had one book cancelled without anyone bothering to email me (or contact me in any other fashion) about it. The Book was the incredibly hard to find Kingmaker #4 AP book. Looking forward to hearing from you,
I can be patient. I'll probably wait another couple of weeks, since I'm not in a great hurry. But if stock of non-mint is also severely limited, I may add one of those to my next subscription order. Or the current one if it hasn't been finally processed.

Hi Sharaya, Any update on this? I'm hoping to add the print version to my June subscription order but would like to know about the additional PDF issue. However, if I read between the lines, there also appears to be another Print Pack Add-on in the wings. Any news there? With thanks, Matt
Hi Sharaya, I think my issue remains distinct from hewhocaves, however, that was before I realised that the KS Pledge Manager had re-opened. I've just seen Update #80 on the KS page. I may wait. However, do you know how it will be possible to add other add-ons to the pledge manager? Whilst I can't see the Print Add-on, I also can't see a few other options. I only see the add-on options that I previously selected and can only increase or decrease the previously selected add-ons but not other options such as "Additional Player" or "Miniature Multiplier". Am I special or is this happening across a number of pledges? With thanks, Matt

Hey guys, This is an issue ENTIRELY on my OWN making. I pledged at the Crowdforger Pioneer level, giving me access to the PDFs of the Flip Mats and the Emerald Spire Super Dungeon. I'm essentially kicking myself that I didn't spend the money on the RPG Print Pack Add-on. So to solve that I am going to pre-order the Print version of the module. Coolies, happy to do so. However, because I am a Pathfinder Module subscriber, and due to your generosity regarding such subscriptions, I will be entitled to an additional copy of the PDF. I was wondering if it were at all possible to 'gift' my second copy of the PDF to someone else? With thanks, Matt

Hey guys, I just added the Player Companion subscription and asked it to start with the Undead Slayer's Handbook. I just checked "My Subscriptions" page and it would seem that I am going to be sent 'Champions of Balance', which, while I am sure is a worthy book, I was not intending to start my subscription with. Give that the order spawn should occur within the next 24 hours, could you please check that my Order won't include 'Champions of Balance' but will include Undead Slayer's Handbook and the Alchemy Manual. Darn, because that form of shipping to Australia is US$60, and I can buy the BB from another internet retailer, who won't charge me shipping, for less than AUD$40. :( Hopefully someone from CS can confirm.
I am also in the process of buying the Beginner's Box today. However, the only shipping option I seem to have is the most expensive 'US Priority Mail'. Is there no other option for this item, or is there a bug in the code that doesn't allow me to change that? With thanks, Matt
Quoting for emphasis, and that it is my main issue at the moment, being an international orderer from Australia.
I used to like the old checkout method which would allow you to compare the shipping (if shipping right away) on the order, and the increase in shipping if moved to a sidecart to go with next subscription. Are we able to bring that back? Or was it only gone whilst it took a while for the Example Subscription Shipping page to come back online? Thanks! |
