I'm currently creating a Gnoll Shaman (spellscar oracle) And I'm trying to get them to have Knowledge (Arcana) as a class skill, and I'm not sure how a good way to do that would be. I'd rather not dip into another class, as I really like the lvl 20 benefit from the spellscar oracle. Other than that, all I've seen is the "Mathematical Prodigy" trait, and that's not the most fitting for the character.
Any suggestions?

There is a feat called Cosmopolitan that will get you two skills with the same ability base as class skills.
There's also the traits Azlant Fanatic and Outlander. One of those might fit better.

Living in large, exotic cities has put you in touch with many diverse civilizations, cultures, and races.
Benefit: You can speak and read two additional languages of your choice. In addition, choose two Intelligence-, Wisdom-, or Charisma-based skills. Those skills always count as class skills for you.
Do they have to be the same score or can you just pick say intimidate and knowledge nature.

If he happens to worship Norgrober, you could take the Secret Knowledge religion trait.
Another option is Skill Focus. Think about it. Getting K/Arcana as a class skill gives you a +3 trained bonus. Skill Focus gives you a +3 bonus, then increases to +6 when you have 10 ranks. Think about it some more...
Last - Are you going to be a Gnoll Shaman who is an Oracle with the Spellscar mystery, or a Gnoll who is a Shaman (the class)? Oracles with the Spellscar mystery get K/Arcana as a class skill.
BIGNORSEWOLF - I've always interpreted it as meaning any two skills based on INT, WIS or CHA; in other words, the two skills do not have to be based on the same stat.

I've always read that to be choose any two skills that are Int, Wis, or Cha-based. So, Intimidate and Knowledge (Nature) would be fine. There's no mention that the two skills need to be based off of the same attribute.
