I've canceled the T-shirt from your order, and then retried authorization afterwards. It looks like the authorization went through just fine, so your order should be ready to go! Once our warehouse has processed it for shipping, you should get a confirmation email to let you know it's on the way.

Bumping this again. I recently submitted Order 3303435. Is there any way this can be added to the current order? I haven't received any confirmation that it shipped. I tried to order this before but for some reason it didn't go through.

Regarding order 3303435...I'm now seeing two copies of each of the comics in your sidecart. Were you intending to have two of each, or just one of each?

Just one. I can't find a trace of the first order anywhere. Also, I'm a little confused over when the next sub is supposed to ship. I recently moved and corrected my address but something happened causing the a recent payment to be declined, I don't know if I missed a shipment or not. After correcting the address I thought it would go through but I haven't received any notification of shipping. I don't really know what's going on.

The first order was set to your sidecart to ship with a future subscription shipment. Since the order on the 22nd was submit after we had generated September subscription orders, adding them to the sidecart at that time means that they would ship with the following month's subscription order, rather than September order.

You can view the Sidecart by going to your My Account Page, and then looking at the "Sidecart" section that is towards the bottom on the right column.

I have deleted the duplicate comics and combined them with your pending September subscription order, #3225702. You should get an email confirming this updated order information.

We will be authorizing the October order soon (order spawning will be on the 2nd, then we should be shipping between the 6th and 17th). If you want the current items combined with the October order at this point, we can do that too. Just let me know.

Also, for future reference, for changing shipping options, are you taking the following steps?:

From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed.
