Barbarian: Breaker and Invulnerable Rager (both replace Trap Sense).
I actually broke that rule when I re-built an NPC from a 2e FR product: Fyodor of the Eleven Chairs from Rashemen (found in the Spellbound box regional setting/campaign). He was a Rashemi Barbarian (so Invulnerable Rager was a natural match), but he was also known for his destructive ways with furniture at parties (which is why his father, the Iron Lord, had shuffled him off to the household of a vassal).

If you do that already, you may want to look at the Talented line from Rogue Genius Games. That is basically the idea behind them. I use them at my table.
